Shipping Policy

We know how excited you are to receive your parcel, and we’re committed to getting it to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping Options
1. Courier (Standard): 3–5 business days* – R135  
2. Courier (Economy): 4-7 business days* – R95  
4. Local Pickup - FREE (usually ready in 3-5 business days) 
4. Free Shipping: 4-7 business days* – FREE  order over (R1000.00)

Local Pickup  
If you're near Fish Hoek (Cape Town), you're welcome to collect your order in person at 70 Carmichael Rd, Fish Hoek, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7974. Orders are usually ready in 3-5 business days.

We'll send you directions and a location pin once your parcel is ready.  
Our office hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Free Shipping  
Free shipping is available on all orders over R1000.00 (excludes wholesale orders).  
Orders will be sent via The Courier Guy locker-to-door service (delivery in 4–7 business days*).

International Shipping  
We currently only deliver within South Africa due to high international shipping costs.  
However, if you'd like to arrange your own international courier to collect your parcel, you are welcome to do so. Please contact us for more information.

Important Notes

* Couriers may occasionally experience delays due to exceptional circumstances. We’ll keep you updated and work to resolve any issues promptly.  
* Battles & Blessings is not responsible for lost parcels.  
  If you would like to add insurance to your parcel, please contact us to make arrangements.
